Last Time i got a bos…like 7 years ago…
He used to hold up to 10 or 12 poorperty at one point. Then he saw that poorperty yinvestment not viable anymore. Quickly sell almost all until left 2 units only. 1 for his own stay and just another one for rental. he says era of poorperty yinvestment in merehsia is long gone edi.
