Use long broom to clear off the perimeter dust if any .. But so far Now install almost 2 month - raining like cats and dogs and hot sun .. still function smoothly Oh, 3.6K is include the entire system (motor, sensor, structure, etc?) how about the motor & sensor maintenance that may requires technician in the long run
