its for the master bath above.. personaly request to design to see the sky when laying inside the bathtub...
the airwell is fully sensor and remote based... if no raining , the glass skylight will open .. let the hot air out.. if rain start to fall down.. sensor will automatic close down the glass skylight....

will later2 show it function... kinda headache to install this smart skylight sytem.. but interesting to do

Yeap motorised system .
Maintenance ? Check the sensor once in a while if dust collected blocking the sensor . Use long broom to clear off the perimeter dust if any ..
But so far Now install almost 2 month - raining like cats and dogs and hot sun .. still function smoothly

Oh, 3.6K is include the entire system (motor, sensor, structure, etc?)

how about the motor & sensor maintenance that may requires technician in the long run
