Maybe the homeless create a lot of rubbish in front of Mcd entrance and those staff has to clean it up everytime? i think there is many story behind it

Only 3rd world allows this.

In US, Starbucks washrooms allow the homeless to wash their face and clean themselves.

You can only tell the homeless nicely but you can't beat them using force/violence.

If in 1st world country you do this, the staff will be fired next day for tarnishing the chain's reputation.
