Is JB the shittiest city in Malaysia?

JB Center is bad due to the road works. Will get worst before it gets better.
Too many run down buildings, cannot tear down due to legal ownership unless gov force take over. Maybe in a next 2-3 years will have improvement but for now is probably as bad as it gets. |

JB is a messy and poorly planned city. The city also feels like it caters to Singaporeans more than Malaysians.
