I don't think they will phase them out as they are much cheaper to make compared to their stealth planes

J10 are the light fighter while J16 are their heavier fighter

J35 is their lighter stealth fighter while J20 are their heavier stealth fighter

PAK has F-16s but they need to get approval from the US to use it in war as the agreement of purchase limited F-16s for counter terrorists....
