What happened is that during the first few test of the Scorpene they decided NOT to dive as per recommendation by the French team as they still getting used to it ..but then during real sub operations later and during the voyage back home they totally have no issue diving

This ‘cannot dive’ blown up by the opposition especially LGE and the Navy even invited him and few opposition members to dive with the Scorpene to dispel the myth and LGE admitted he is wrong and blame ‘wrong information’ for his earlier faulty view

But here we are.. still got ppl believe this story until now
