all the developed countries out there require their citizen to know how to swim
part of what they're gonna learn in school
it's a very basic skill set

and our school is very weird, very dead fish...everyday is school home school home
but then u travel overseas....their student go here and there everyday, got outdoor class...got field trips...etc etc
