Back in the medieval time, most peasants will be content as long as they got a place to stay and meals to eat. It will be like that again in the future if really most people are not qualified for high paying jobs. Two possible scenarios: robotic farming create such an abundant harvest that food become dirt cheap and so everyone can afford to eat them. Or food is still expensive, then most people will just farm for their own need to get food. Government will allocate the land accordingly because if food is too expensive while most people are poor, then there is no point for tycoon to produce a lot of food that cannot sell. Each person will just farm for their own need.

Will have to live simple life, day time just farm. Night time either sleep or go watch the stars, just like medieval time. In medieval time, scholars are few and spend their time acquire difficult knowledge for their time. Then there are artisans, basically manufacturers who mostly create tools by hand. These will be the scientists and engineers in the future. There won't be a lot of them because not everyone are able to learn such skills. The rest are just peasants, doing things that have low entry requirements but is very unproductive as far as economic value is concerned.
