Actually their realibility is still more better if compare to like Merc, Merc is more worse then them nowadays (especially the e, hybrid variant). The problem for this brand is high workmanship cost as Audi cars their engine bay are usually cramp with all the covers, wirings & piping and to work on or exchange some parts might need long working hours to dissemble a lot of stuff. Their parts a lot are shared with VW, Porsche so spare part is not an issue, if the mechanic is smart by getting VW equivalent parts can help save a lot of money.
