In the late '90s many pinoy maids lepak at furama and other nearby hotels for what is known as tea parties IRRC. Their patrons were mainly middle-aged Indian men and some ah peks thrown into the mix. It was a place for them to meet these men and become mistresses. I was in uni at that time and have attended these with a close friend. Had some fun times with them in groups of several girls and the two of us guys. But being students we had little money to spend on them so they will eventually go with the middle-aged guys.

As someone who is currently married with Pinoy, here are my takes:

Pinoy will take anyone that have money, can bring them out from their country and provide them (including pinoy family) with stable income. They dont care if u are bharat or utara or selatan.

Skin gebu not T20. A lot of pinoy skin gebu if u go to Labuan or KK, especially waterfront area. Most of them damn pretty also.

As an Indian,I'll be honest.. A lot of women are interested in us especially our facial features stand out among others in Asia but our "Indianness" turn many people off. People love Indian culture,food,clothing but they don't like Indian men behaviour especially how we behave in groups. My experience is the less "Indian" you are culturally,the more attractive you are perceived. I mean whenever you see a Macha marry to a Malay girl,he's culturally more Malay and same with those who married Chinese
