Floor below mine lodged a report of leakage at their bathroom ceiling.
Management checked and reported a loose (or deteriorated) discharge pipe end cap.
So basically water came from my bathroom unit (level 7), leaked and damaged level 6 bathroom ceiling.
Management gave 7 days to me (level 7) to seek professional help / to rectify the problem.

The unit is tenanted.
Now, question is... is the landlord or the tenant responsible for the repair cost?
