That happened after covid time lah but this Country Garden Danga Bay not popular with local cos high density, prefer landed.

Why other developers that time don’t give such discount?

CN cars just like KR cars previously. Prices thumbled after Naza did SKD here. Overnight those who paid 167k for Carnival lost over 90k within a year. Crazy!

Next time buy used especially those around 1-2 years old.

Old customers are treated like sohai, I buy 150k then you few months discount 50k to new buyers. Once the 100K grace period ends, these CCP companies will start "CKD" and even more price throwing will happen. Everyone knows all the "CKD" aren't really CKD at all. Not even 1 video of inside all these CKD factories in Malaysia has been shown until today. Expect Dolphin RM75K, Atto RM100K if they CKD. But Cherry is the more likely to "CKD" here. A Mazda salesmen told me that many ICE car salesmen left and joined EV companies because the commission is way much higher per unit sold. Margin is big to begin with.
