Current generation people lack good work ethics.

I run a MCD branch together with my business partners.

So I know how a MCD branch runs, for staffs they have schedules and if that branch runs 24/7 they have rotating shift patterns wok schedules.

The staffs are separated between kitchen crew, and customer facing staffs.

The kitchen crew does all the food preparation, keep top up the food items. While the customer facing staffs take drive through orders, pack up customer orders, deliver food to customers table, etc.

Sometimes there are problematic staff which likes to take MC, EL, etc at last minute. This causes manpower shortages and getting those replacements to come in takes time.

in my place can get out from the line and go park somewhere
not that hard

labor day I eat kfc, counter dun want take order, must use kiosk, the unker in front press kiosk macam watch tv show, keep press press like change video channel, my heart also scold him pukimak

some branch u can simply exit as long got gap in front and behind

some branch's drive thru has a divider, u don't drive through that divider unless u wanna damage your car

What i have met before is infront of the kiosk, 2 groups of ppl ordering for more than 20min on 2 kiosk. 1 group is a family and another group is a couple. In the end, i turn my head to counter, and good one is they just nob their head to me to order with them straight. Hahaha

Too lazy to even walking out from car. 😁

mcdonald burgers have the blandest fucking patties you can get juicier patties from other burger chains. even ramly burgers make up for their subpar patties with better flavouring

The design in McD Beverly pun bodoh one. Parking few only inside, If want park inside also same queue with drive through. If outside parking just park and those tanah if got space la. If you're already inside the queue also hard to u-turn and go.

Mcd Beverly has a land too small so sometimes the queue can go until outside the main road

At least the system that MCD runs is way more efficient than KFC. Before they installed thier order kiosks, just ordering and waiting for the order is a test of patience. Only 1 or 2 front counter staff, and they need to take order and pack. Horrendous.


But local F&B staffing is indeed a problem. Lots of MC/EL issues.

actually everywhere i go, even got parking also they proceed to drive thru

Its customer slow one, yesterday I just kena, a secondary school girl in front of me took more than 10 minutes to order her rm20 meal in front of me. I know this bcs when she started using the screen I redeemed a order through the app that need to be scanned within 10 minutes, when she finished her order my reward timer expired…

It's like the in the past, queue inside for ages only for the person to still deciding on their order when finally their turn. Had so much time to look at the gigantic menu but noooo, only decide to look up when it's their turn at the counter.
