The staffs are separated between kitchen crew, and customer facing staffs.

The kitchen crew does all the food preparation, keep top up the food items. While the customer facing staffs take drive through orders, pack up customer orders, deliver food to customers table, etc.

Sometimes there are problematic staff which likes to take MC, EL, etc at last minute. This causes manpower shortages and getting those replacements to come in takes time.

At least the system that MCD runs is way more efficient than KFC. Before they installed thier order kiosks, just ordering and waiting for the order is a test of patience. Only 1 or 2 front counter staff, and they need to take order and pack. Horrendous.


But local F&B staffing is indeed a problem. Lots of MC/EL issues.
