USJ 2 Pros:

Quiet, purely residential area; Walkable to MRT + mall; More open feel, better cross-breeze



USJ 6 Pros:

Smaller units; Walkable to Taipan commercial centre (banks, food, shops); LRT; More vibrant surroundings
