USJ 2 Pros:

Quiet, purely residential area; Walkable to MRT + mall; More open feel, better cross-breeze



USJ 6 Pros:

Smaller units; Walkable to Taipan commercial centre (banks, food, shops); LRT; More vibrant surroundings

I live in USJ 6 now and yes it is quite convenient for me, if I don’t feel like driving I can just take the LRT.

But if you’re driving around the LRT station, you’ll need to be careful cause of the low cost flats surrounding it.

Just last week saw some young kids on their basikal lajak, riding around sharp corners and being reckless.

USJ 2 has houses of different sizes and if I can get a good price for a bigger unit, I think I will choose to stay in USJ 2.

Personally I would pick USJ 2....

ur house size u want how big?aiming for 22x75?or 20x60?

MRT > LRT anytime

just try avoid any location with low cost flats no matter what. Even you get any offers cheaper than market value.

if looking for 20x60, advice just find usj 13,usj 13 has 3 fields, one in front of the school , another just next to the LRT station,another at usj 13 middle. A bit more open space.to enjoy some greenery. USJ 13 is also fence and guarded but since the school is inside, you get a bit more traffic coming in during school hours.

Usj 2 has 4 fields. Haha

And there's talk to formally fence up usj 2 as a whole.

really headache & stressed up with these people around.

house valuation might also be impacted (depends on situation)
