My policy purchased in 2023, I never made a claim. Until now, there is no surplus distribution "cashback".
Did any of you receive it already? Note: I am NOT talking about Drive Less, Save More cashback. That's something else altogether. Note 2: This ONLY applies to Etiqa motor TAKAFUL, not conventional motor insurance. |

Same as above I too only received it once… Fair enough. They were loss making in 2023 so didn't declare a surplus. But they did declare a surplus for FY2024. For my case, the policy period was Oct 2023 - Oct 2024. I wonder which year it is considered under, 2023 or 2024? Most likely 2023, and this is why I didn't get any surplus cashback. Thank you!  |
