The Unification of vietnam was the fall of Saigon, renamed as Ho Chi Minh, the founder and leader of Vietnam Communist Party. Has historical and also designated as modern development city. |

 When a few other areas are merged with HCMC, there's talk of real estate prices rising by 20% in those areas. That should make things rather interesting  |
