they allow opposing opinion both sides, and almost everything with community notes
apart from sending death threat, impersonating other people, sharing illegal copyrighted content
even adult content with proper label and consensually agreed are allowed
unless a country report and request certain post to not be viewed in their country
its up to users to block others engagement or block yourself from seeing people's post
reporting sensitive content ended up just isolating you from seeing it, not disabling others to see it
