Tokyo is too damn packed.
All is just shopping etc. Malas
Prefer kyoto instead.
Dont think will ever go back Tokyo

Edit, added supermarket fruits photo
Edit, addent mount fuji photo

Mount fuji photo from oshino hakkai.
The sky is like literally zero clouds on this day

Shinjuku so damn dirty. See also wan vomit

Ginza area more high class. Weekend road is closed from cars.
Their crowd puts KL to shame. KL crowd is like kampung compared to Tokyo

I remembered once a guy in /k/ said if motor queue, the whole road will jam
Tokyo ok je. I see all motor queue n jalan like cars.
No cilok here n there. No lane splitting.
Yet no crazy jam

Because you went to tourist area la dei, of coz will packed like sardine. There are so much non tourists place to explore where there’s literally no ppl at all during weekdays like shinkiba yumenoshima

Tourists always went to the same place shibuya shinjuku ikebukuro meguro shimokitazawa sangenjaya then complain tokyo so packed. There are literally 23-ku in Tokyo for you to explore.

I plan to go Japan soon.

Which state or area should I go for someone that has ZERO INTEREST in shopping clothes or other sorts of craps?

I prefer to explore the environment, attraction places instead of mindless shopping buying craps that I don't need

i would say Kyoto or kansai area is better for sightseeing and cultural stuff.
Nara also nearby Kyoto which has animal, mountain and shrines.
Osaka is less crowded compared to Tokyo.
