Hi purchased my property and withdrew using "buy/build house" option 2 years ago

now i want to withdraw to my personal saving acc. which 1 should i choose?

neither, there's no such thing for renovation.

hi yes i know no such option for renovation, but i just want to withdraw it out and transfer to my savings acc, with these 2 option , which 1 allow me to withdraw out to my saving account?

Houseing load monthly installment
Re-draw to your acc and only then u pay your house loan.
( pay monthly $$$ follow your monthly housing installement )

Reduce/Redeem housing loan
Pay direct to your loan and reduce your prinsiple.
No take out , just direct to your house loan acc prinsiple.

yes, thanks i am looking to withdraw to my saving acc instead to the loan account.

so now i am clear . "Housing Loan Monthly installment" will be the 1 that send to my saving account.
