You are eligible to donate blood given that:

1. You are healthy on the donation day.

2. You are between 18 - 60 years old.

3. Your weight exceeds 45kg.

4. Your previous sleep was more than 5 hours.

5. Your health problems are insignificant to the blood donated.

6. You have not taken any medical prescription (except antibiotics) within 24 hours prior donating.

7. You have not taken antibiotics within 7 days prior donating.

8. You have taken adequate amount of food prior donating.

9. You are not involved in these activities:

a) Homosexual practices
b) Bisexual practices
c) Random sexual practices (including commercial sex workers)
d) Drug abuse
e) Sexual relationship with partners as above

10. Your last donation is at least 3 months prior donating.

reminder that if someone has taken medicine in duration of 7 days is not suitable to do blood donation

it's only applicable for antibiotics i presume.

if you're under antibiotics during the event day, cannot... but if you took antibiotics last month, i'm not sure...
