 New house adress

My house is currently sitting on two lots with separate titles but the address is one.

But I want to make it into two address so I can sell my house at 300 k each. So it's easier to get 600k if I'm able to get two buyers.

The reason I can't sell both as one is because it's too expensive and my place is at a non desirable place, despite that my place is close to town, shops, hospital and schools.

i think if you sell house it will sell by Land title, and it is not relevant to the actual Home Address.
If your current add is 34, Jalan 8/7
Maybe you can use
34-1, Jalan 8/7 and 34-2, Jalan 8/7
or 34-A, Jalan 8/7 and 34-B, Jalan 8/7?

Just ask Lawyer abt it, i think it would be a straightforward answer from them

If not mistaken, the property sits in the middle of boundary line managed by two different Pejabat Tanah hence two different titles.

As for address, only 1 is given by the local authority that managed the area.

I know of one property where the kitchen area is leasehold and the living area is freehold 😂

Currently the Sgor govt and dbkl are reviewing new state boundary line.

If your situation is as above, then you can only sell two title as one.

Are you trying to say the single unit is occupying 2 separate land titles but currently 1 address?

If there are 2 units with 2 land titles but only 1 address, I think your problem is only on the matter of getting another address for the second unit. I think you need to approach the Building Department of the City/Town Council on this matter.
