A rocket launch pad required 2k plus person to operate? Really?

been in talks for more than 10yrs now, finally moved to start project

launchpad rental for all private and commercial rocket launch
we'll own the launchpad + facilities, other ppl can either import rockets, or open factory nearby to build rockets for launch

all in all, no govt plan for own launching, but helpful for our local unis

need PAS engineers to come up with new rocket to launch from Pahang

job opportunities, starting from construction, transportation to maintenance, and also opportunities to develop nearby area for community and rocket launch viewing tourism

its highly polluting. see elon's rocket damages to environment

Give reason why China does not want launch pad in China. China has much longer coast line.

Well US launches in Florida which is roughly the same latitude as of China. Does Russia launch at equator?

You can launch wherever you want but launching near equator take advantage of the Earth's rotational speed, which provides a natural boost to the launch vehicle's velocity. This reduces the amount of fuel needed to achieve orbital velocity, making launches more cost-effective.
