As another few year enter mid 30...
I always start to overthink even very small issue..
Especially health issue.. Although still healthy on last body check (2 years ago)...but once i see read or see any common sickness like High blood pressure, Diabetes, stroke, kidney issue and etc...
I was thinking whether I have those in the future and keep thinking and thinking....
For work wise, every-time when I knew that I need to having customer site visit, or any sort of customer workshop and etc.
I always cant sleep well at all.. I have try to relax myself to sleep alone without my partner, i still not able to sleep well....
Recent sleeping also very easy to awake.. Mostly awake 1 times in midnight... if more worst, it seems like sleeping at noon...keep sleep and awake and really torture me alot...
Was this mid age crisis??

Go out and get some morning/evening sunlight and exercise for 2-3 hours, and then do a day or two rest... You can sleep all your want during the weekends after...
I can tell you I do this, despite me waking up early every single day...
You'd want to increase your intensity to running from 5kms to 10kms and longer once you get into the groove... And then do some calisthenics / strength training...
If you have noticed... Malaysians are not particularly healthy at all... Our lifestyle is toxic, and our mindset because of that, is also toxic... And we see this as the sole country being the most obese in Southeast Asia (or perhaps Asia itself ---- overtaking China ----- if we likely compare through crop sampling).
Our Australian counterpart did a study and found at least half their population are exercising regularly...
"One in five (22.4%) adults aged 18–64 years met the physical activity guidelines in 2022, an increase from one in six (17.0%) in 2017–18. More than half (56.4%) completed 30 minutes of activity on five or more days. One in four (26.6%) undertook strength or toning exercises on two or more days in the last week." - Australian Beureau of Statistics (Source: https://www.abs.gov(dot)au/statistics/healt...latest-release)
Add this fact onto Randstad's recent study of Malaysia being the most toxic work culture in the whole of SEA...
Get stronger...
