I suggest you to get this GMKtec K8+ for your budget.
Get the DDR5 32GB 1TB version for this price range. AMD Radeon 780M can play some games. If you want to play more AAA games, this little machine can connect to "Oculink, meaning that an external graphics card. As long as you get a graphics card with a PSU.
