my wife company ppl resign very epic one..
some recent one print big letters stick on his display in office his resignation, bought a cake and put in the fridge to belanja everyone in office (had to ask waifu not to eat, coz don't know whether got poison inside or not..kekwa..but the colleagues all ate the cake)
another her friend at work resign, mass email "......i hope I'm the last person to experience this and hopefully this will not happen to anyone else"

so far my dept i only seen one resign because he likes to work on enterprise network side more, our team held farewell drinking party..left on a good note

spouse (me) also can go on the same child care leave, also similar salary percentage deduction paid by insurance...
but i don't plan to take any childcare leave since I WFH all the time..except the extra 10 days of paid leaves for maternity
