I have very bad experience with private hospital emergency unit. Not worth the exorbitant they charges. Stupid to the core la private hospital.

i let you know i found out that gomen have one good thing, which is cheap baby labour, that is all from my in laws experience.

everything else, well my health insurance is pretty much covered top to bottom hospital bills if only i submitted (sleep at least a day) in the private hospital. I mentioned this before in long ago thread about insurance scam thread.

Got an experience with gomen hospital. Mom got dengue and the nurses extracted blood from her. The next day they came extract again because they misplaced her blood sample/packet.

But when ask about scheduling, why no inform doctor on leave, appointment change, all become stupid.

Gomen Hospital is really good, I usually go for my mom health check and recently get a complete new set of teeth for RM 100, but need to be patient to make arrangements for your turn.

Even in govt hospital if the case is really serious, you still get priority.

Private hospital also packed with people from Indonesia in Penang. Waiting time more than 1 hour is quite normal.

Orang kaya sila guna private hospital. Keterlaluan banyak yg kaya guna hospital sampai katil pun tak dah.

If they wanna up the rm1 also I will suppork. Govt one really good.

Rm50 is reasonable... Now u qincai go small private clinic for flu they pun charge u Rm100 jor..

one thing i damn like is the Klinik Kesihatan.... two nurses came to our home to check our bb and wife for one month as part of post natal checking..... 6 days per week... house visit is FOC... if need additional medicines, only RM1

if you can wait and willing to wait then gomen hospital is not bad actually.....

If people know how hard these people works to make sure healthcare services delivered as best as they can.

Government healthcare does an excellent job when it comes to childbirth and maternity care.

I lap KKM RM1…at least they give best quality medicine.

Everyone in government healthcare is doing their best to serve the citizens. Unfortunately, the shortage of manpower urgently needs to be addressed.

as long as songlap politicians still alive, additional public hospitals is likely a dream

at least the one who pay 3K know that he/she is in the critical mode in shorter time, rather than spending more waiting time at gomen hospital

so far as I know, HKL and HTAR mostly crowded
not sure serdang, sungai buloh, etc in Selangor

mine was informed about price hike but i was given an option to not pay more than usual monthly price

as a person who been thru gov hosptial for asthma treatment, i can say each time i go there back those day can wait up to 8-12 hours , those day also nokkia 3310 technology era. u literally look at the wall

You describing UM medical? UH UPM? Both, yes, looks like private but which private? Sunway pretty old like Gleneagles sebelah. Prince Crt was nice looking at the foyer only, medical exam rooms were old.

No matter how good ur doctors are, when then amount of patient surpasses the manpower which the hospital can handle , u will hv to wait unless u hv very life threatening conditions which they will treat you first.

went to prince court recently, still need to wait almost an hour :-(

If can tahan sometimes nurse garang, specialist diff, visitation restricted personnel (husband only, not even fam member, not sure about now) , restricted hour, nurse X bagi formula 'force wife b.feeding' this and that

Manyak cerita dongeng believer wife will definitely choose private with RM 6k-15k or even more for 'friendly service: and more instagrammable ward
