If can, visit a TM point and ask for an appointment slot on the spot. Also confirm if your new condo still has port available.

Reason being my new condo port was full, so I immediately requested for relocation in the MyUnifi app to queue for port, but only got the call few days later and I couldn't pick up (was in a meeting). Then they never call again.

Few days later I heard news that port is available again, but my relocation request has not been processed after many days. So I walked into TM Point and they managed to secure an installation slot (and the port) for me on the spot.

yes any TM Point or Unifi Shop by TM themselves. I went to Unifi Shop Pandan Indah, the service was good.

Same here setting up in living room even though I have my NAS, thin client and main PC in another room.

Because the living room location is central and can reach all rooms. As for my room I don't even need to pull ethernet cables, my deco mesh can reach 1gbps internet speed with wireless backhaul alone so all is well. In which my servers and PC are ethernet connected to the mesh unit.
