For the termination on unifi portal page, has there ever been a case where they just proceeded with termination without calling?

My subscription is already out of contract, tempted to try termination trick but just worried that they'll just proceed without calling/counter offer

I was on 1Gbps Pro upgrade with Ruby pack, out of contract already

Went to TM Point Batu Lintang on 28/6, requested for 500Mbps at RM90 plan. Told plan is available, packaged with unifi mobile rm39. Took the plan + mobile, intend to try the postpaid mobile for 1 month on portable 5G modem at office first.

Just checked today at 1pm - plan name already converted to Unifi Home 500Mbps staywithUnifi 5.0 (Disney) (90). Impressed with their efficiency. No equipment change as I already received the black d-link combo box during the free speed upgrade in August 2024.

Usually how long will it take to receive the disney+ login? Should i create an account there before or after they send the disney+ account?

exactly as YoungMan said. the 1Gbps is mainly used by my parents, none of the devices there has wifi 7, even the PC also only has gigabit instead of 2.5G LAN. might as well save more than half off monthly bill
