Did yours just renew? Yes, they did. Check the Unifi TV topic, many ppl there affected. Mine renews in October 2025 so still on Premium.

Looks like no CGNAT. If CGNAT, your router WAN should show 100.64.0.0/10.

Do you all know how long after due date will Unifi suspend a residential account?

For example: Bill date: 13/4. Due date: 4/5. Today 8/5 is 5 days past due and received email reminder.

20250504: Due date
20250508: Email Received: Your Unifi Account is Due
20250516: Email Received: Your Unifi Account Will Be Suspended
20250519: Suspended

So strange, I thought they'd have automated the process by now. Astro, for example, is so much more consistent.

Anyway today is 6 days past due, still ok.

Ya, just curious. 2-3 yrs ago, I tried, got varying results.

1. Paid on due date, account suspended later the same day. Reconnection fee not charged.
2. Longest is over 3 months before suspended. Reconnection fee also not charged.
3. More recently this year, neighbour's got suspended 3-4 days after due date. Dunno if got reconnection fee.

Anyway today is 9 days past due, still OK.

Astro, on the other hand, is very consistent. Suspend 1 day after due date and RM20 reconnection fee.

Have been neglecting my Unifi for some time.

Any good upgrades for 1Gbps+STD20+Ultimate Legacy RM159? (maintain 1Gbps, 2Gbps also can but not necessary)

Been so long on this plan, feel like I may be missing out. Already 4+ yrs out of contract.
