Is the new SWU5.0 RM90 500mbps package perpetual?

Tried to change at TMPoint Seksyen 11 shah alam, the Cs lady said once contract over only can change if not it's RM139 SWU 5.0.

Mine is in Oct but the TMPoint I went to denied my request to change

What option did you choose? Got better offer from another service provider?

Yeah, plan device because device will tie together with the contract but its only one year. The main goal is to see the starting date of the contract. I have confirmed this when the CS at TM Point told me my contract expiry date and it matches. Hope this helps others.

Got a call from 03-20217930 sometime ago and successfully accepted the SWU 5.0 RM90 500Mbps with Disney package.

Nope, just got a call and was given that package. He told me that offer is specially for those who wants to terminate with TM and they will counter with that offer (500Mbps RM90). Need to tell them about the Astro package.

You can just go to TMPoint and ask for that RM90 swu 5 package.

Instead of a speed upgrade which is unknown, I rather save RM30.74 per month
