Hi guys, i am currently on unifi 500mbps for RM119 and ruby plus pack rm30. Contract ended long ago. If I cancel the ruby plus pack. Im told i need to renew 24mnths contract.

Do i get new equipment for the new contract?
Does anyone has better promo when renew contract?😅

if I want to walk in to ask for the SWU, can i do at Unifi store or must be tmpoint?

Hi guys, My friend house was using maxis fibre previously. Unifi called with an offer to transfer and they accepted it. They then proceed to terminated the maxis fibre.

But Unifi cannot come to transfer and set the new connection because according to Unifi, the maxis fibre line is still in service (maxis mentioned its terminated).

anyone experience this before and how to solve? thanks
