Same here. Received an sms stating "somebody from TM will call shortly to verify your termination request". Hours went by with no call. I shall try again with this termination method. Contract ended months ago... currently on 500Mbps@129. Feels wasted paying this much for my under utilize usage but still need public IP for CCTV port forwarding.
