Hi, mind to share if the whole process can be done through online/call?

Cause the unifi is under my father's name, and at his old age he isn't that tech savvy to through these complicated terms. If possible to be done with just a call I'll take it.

Else need to try luck visit TMpoint together.

For some reasons my unifi portal is bugged out and can't see account or apply for termination.

Just gone through with livechat request and officially submitted my request, let's see if can hit up with the sales team before they get back to me (from EastMalaysia, sometimes things get treated differently over here).

I made request through live chat last Thursday (cause I can't see the account more so termination request botton in unifiportal), wondering what's the typical processing time to receive call?

Cause I have yet even receiver their SMS regarding my termination request.

If now report my ONU not working, then technician come and found out how come is Huawei not combo box  sweat.gif  As I know, if not Unifi fault, they will charge for us if the fault is at our side, right?

About the public IP, my previous package was 100Mbps, each time reboot router, will get new IP.
My current 500Mbps also same. So these all called as public IP, I tot called dynamic IP.

For Private IP will be all the time same IP, right?

Which one is better? public IP will better? Not easy to trace ? Just wondering  hmm.gif

Mind to share the contact of the agent? Had been paying for phone calls all these years cause my parents are old timer whom can’t do without homeline.

As a backup incase I didn’t get offered anything by them from this termination request sweat.gif

Got step by step guide on what and where you did it?

Cause my unifi portal got bugged and can’t submit termination request by myself. Already done it through live agent and with a case opened but 2 weeks over and no any sign yet. Kind of concerned if the bugged unifi portal will affect the standard process.

Anyone have tactic if didn't get any respond on termination request in 1month? Mine is due in 3 more days, still no call nor confirmation SMS.

mine processed (received the call) on the 30th day, with a SMS reminding me to pay outstanding bill on the same day so termination can goes through next day. mega_shok.gif

in between chased them 3-5 times, spammed 1x more termination request and another 1x support form.
