That's my case last year, from SWU 2.0, I tried to apply SWU 4.0 with 4 months contract left. I use the same online termination trick. First, lady called and offered the SWU 4.0 with 6 months rebate and then the next day, the second lady called and asked a permission to cancel the termination request because there's still 4 months contract so they can't proceed with the previous offer. I asked the lady to not cancel my termination request and wait for me to file a complaint at aduan SKMM portal. Make a complaint saying they have offered me that package and i have accept it but they do not honor that offer. After almost 2 weeks, TM gave me what they offered and i saved 3 and half months of the contract. The end.
