Sifus I need your help, the router unifi gave years ago in my parent house is dying. Suggest me a good basic, not super advance, and reliable replacement for below RM200.

Just skimming this article from XDA about double NAT: https://www.xda-developers.com/double-nat-i...etworking-pain/

Does the default TM setup suffer from this?.

Nope, as we have IPv6, unless you disabled it, which you did... sweat.gif
Secondly, Steam platform got relay to handle that issues, if your friend got IPv6, it will going directly instead of relay.
https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/features...amdatagramrelay

Only old game don't support IPv6 is the problem, but many workaround it by having Hamachi similar product(ZeroTier is the latest, 1.1.1.1 ZeroTrust also able, but nah~), just connect all of your party friend via VPN etc, then you are local at the server side.
This is also why speed booster(game proxy) is often used in China, as it allow speed up by connecting p2p party games at the speed booster's server, which having multi-ISP line connectted. tongue.gif

Is it me or every time when the night comes for the past week until now, IPv6 connection to international servers somehow very slow?

I disabled IPv6 for testing purpose and all the slowdown gone.

Same for me. Didnt try disabling IPV6 yet.

watching 1080p twitch streams seems fine, speedtest seems fine. but image on reddit and 4chan load slow.

Maybe a little bit out of topic but I got this message trying to register Battlestate account

I read on Reddit that most people suggest turning off the router for a long time to get new IP, so I'm asking here if there's any alternative to that since I'm planning to do that tonight before I go to sleep I might as well try any other methods available in the meantime.

Using Cloudflare WARP helps, but I don't want to keep using that. I just want a normal way of doing it. I guess turning it off is the only method left. Hope it helps.
