cloudflare KL got issue or something? I noticed for a few nights kept getting packet lost and inconsistent speed when using their speedtest, on ookla's speedtest and netflix's fast seems ok. this is an 800Mbps connection btw.

I suspect congestion between TM and MYIX

Try doing a speedtest wit MYIX selected as the server

Reading can fluctuate throughout the day due to temperature. That’s how I found out my fibre was damaged. Afternoon, warm temperature, my reading slowly increase until limit(From -18 to -27) and then LOS. As long as doesn’t go above the limit, it’s fine.

I experienced something similar before, my house has built in fiber, so there's a splice between TM's fiber and the one built in my house. The splice is in a box outside so when it gets hot I start getting crap connection or outright LOS. Needed to buy a splice protector thing from shopee so that it's held in place properly, haven't had any issues since.

Must be crappy mechanical splicing by bad TM contractors

This shouldn't happen if they use fusion splicing
*
Before I fixed it I had like 2-3 different TM contractor come with different equipment trying to splice it properly, unsure if it's mechanical or fusion splicing, I'm guessing the fiber that came with my house just not fuse well with TM's fiber for some reason. I contacted an external contractor and he recommended me to try put on a sleeve first to see if it fixed the issue, which it did.
