TM replied at MCMC report basically "official reply" like terminate before contract finish will have penalty those bla bla bla. The second termination request I made via online portal during 20th Aug and it was before they suspend my account. Today 05/09 5.05pm they call me and offer SWU 5.0 500Mbps RM90 and I take that offer. No need 1hrs, my plan already change in the system. So conclusion is termination method still work just the risk your account might "temporary" suspended by them.
