6/6 submitted termination requests, yesterday 25/6 received call and offer SWU 5.0 with Disney 1 year.
Today check app and see the plan name has change to new one.

went to pandan indah branch to try getting swu rm90, they insist of having the transfer id bcoz the hq is monitoring now lol

just wondering if i got the transfer id by registering another isp, and i didnt get counter offer by TM, i still can reject/cancel the transfer right?

Just sharing for those looking to convert to SWU 5.0 500 Mbps + 1 year Disney Hotstar subscription RM90 process which I had success.

Yesterday ( Sunday) went to M Centre and request to port in M Fibre from Unifi for the 500Mbps M Fibre package. Once done, given and taken note of Transfer ID.

Today morning received a call from TM confirming if I wanted to switch to M Fibre and said she was conducting a 'survey' and asked the M Fibre details. After some Q&A, the retention CS offered me straight RM90 500Mbps package and will reject the transfer to M Fibre.

5months contract remaining with swu3.0 119 successfully changed to swu5.0 90 , waited for around 14working days to receive the call,  good luck guys. looking forward for swu7.0 1gbps rm90 🤭

Just visited tmpoint, insisted on transfer-id to allow swu 5.
My plan is 500mbps(rm49)+Ultimate(60)+std20(20), this time they allowed me to cancel std20 but not the Unifi TV with old contract, so now paying RM109.

for me 300Mbps and 500Mbps just a no. i was on 500Mbps and see no diff between 500 & 300... so i just take 100Mbps free upgrade to 300Mbps

i requested termination thru Unifi Portal . 3-4days later received a phone call . Counter offer with RM99 100Mbps package , but will auto upgrade to 300Mbps . free 6 months bills and 6 months disney hotstar.

waived my remaining 4months contract.

so basically 99 *(24-4-6)/24 =1386 /24 = RM57.75 averagely

quick question, currently swu 3 500mbps. and contract end this oct. Decided to downgrade to 100mbps as only parent using. Can ask swu or better get another bb provider like maxis?

Just told them I had Astro at home and they reached out to me if I wanted to combine my Astro with their internet package, said its about RM90-100 for one year with the same speed as Unifi + Astro channels. After that, they just counter offered me SWU5.0 with Disney+.

Guys can please tell me the latest unifi offer ? Is it only SWU 5.0 ? what is the all offer we have this year? as I know its mostly discuss is RM90 500mbps + 1 year Disney Hotstar. May I know what else option do we have? like get the free ipad?  Somepost I saw there is free upgrade from 500mbps to 800mpbs, is it all can get or how we can get it? I,m using 500mbps RM119 currently
