damn yesterday my home and office modem port kena banned by tm around 10pm. technician come and troubleshoot try change port at FDP and try different modem PON light blinking.

i dial office and my home pppoe at site for testing, both account works fine. technician called noc, telephone line all busy. took like 3 days only unbanned. look like tm did sweep for sus accounts then kena ban temporarily .
