1. I submitted a cancellation request on 11 November through the portal and asked for a call in the AFTERNOON.

2. On the MORNING of 17 November, they called me. They asked why I wanted to cancel, and I told them I got a better offer from another provider. After verifying my details (address, IC, account number, name), they offered me a 500 Mbps plan for RM90/month for 24 months and explained the plan details.

3. The agent said they would cancel my termination request. Since my contract hasn’t ended yet, they’ll call me again when it’s about to end for final confirmation.

4. The new plan will only start after my current contract ends.
