question:
1) i see many request terminate online and wait for phone call.seems like they are not required to subscribe for the rm39. May I know anyone click request terminate but wasn't counter offered and the termination went through?
2) Because my family member still use the landline from time to time, so I would like to retain the landline and not port out if both are offering the same package of rm90/500mbps.
3) If lets say I am porting over to astro, is astro fibre stable ?
batter method request terminate online for unifi portal very easy once submit just wait tm will call you then they will say why terminate you say i got called astro offering 500Mbps RM90 then unifi will counter offer you 500Mbps RM90 confimed you don't need worry about landline can be keep for unifi line
you don't need astro fibre i know its not stable
you don't need scared about unifi cut line
you don't need take to take the rm39/month sim.
no need SIM Card = no charge RM39/ month sim
