Hi all, I received Autocount quotation to upgrade from v1.9 to v2.2.

Here it is: ibb.co/album/G9VdgW

Despite v1.9 being good enough for our current usage, we are being forced to upgrade the entire software to v2.2 due to e-invoice requirements.

Reseller informed us that there will be no support/maintenance agreement to be signed (despite yearly support/maintenance fee of around RM1,500 to RM2,000).

There will also be no training on v2.2 because apparently "everything is the same as v1.9".

I guess I have 2 questions:

Are we being ripped off? For those who are also using Autocount, are you also paying around the same price as us?

Any good, responsible reseller based in Klang Valley to recommend?

softwares like Autocount, SQL account are never worth it in this day and age, cloud accounting like bukku is the way to go for me, unless you have ERP for larger enterprises

The question is, what is the size of your company? How many transactions on average will there be? How complicated is your book keeping?

Autocount, SQL so ugly, ngl

I tested their demo, i immediately lose interest already

Can consider bukku, xero, zoho

My wife bought it recently. I think 2k+, one time payment, Havent went for training yet. V2.x
