One of the kuil issue is mainly dbkl fault, they sold the land to Jakel despite knowing the land was requested to be purchased by the kuil committee repeatedly, yet they still go ahead and sold it.

The land they take is significantly little compared to this fiasco, and further more they don't make profit other than collecting donations to improve, maintain, hold religious event, etc.

1st rukun negara, kepercayaan kepada tuhan, they are simply practicing their belief, so it is commendable cause, completely different issue than those huge land grabs that is purely to generate  profit at the cost of destroying many natural habitat.
