I have severe nasal blockage too. Sinus rinse don't work for me. Oxynase is a lifesaver. At times I relied on it daily.

But since this topic came up I realised I have not sprayed oxynase for the past 1 month. Still got blockage but lately milder and mouth breathing is done subconsciously
