Im using VGA and compare to the component which i did comparisons long time ago.. the VGA look more vibrant and crisp then component. Im not tech expert, just judging it with my perfect gaming eyes So ... there you go. Go for VGA it look better and the resolution is more. The best is 720p .. but if you have HDMI why dont you use HDMI port instead, that brings me out of my knowledge. (i dont even know how 360 HDMI port look like) cheers...
