but separate parts (PSU, Graphic Card , Motherboard etc) are nearly the same price as US ? In this case, it's just Alienware offering a good deal on a 5080 build so wondering if any Alienware/Dell resellers here are able to give a similar price

HP Omens/Lenovo Legion PCs are also a good choice too, as they are effectively ATX/mATX tower PCs with some OEM customized parts
A little warning: certain Legion Tower PCs use BGA (soldered laptop) CPUs, like this one:

So far Dell and Lenovo have sent their service team for warranty claim so have more confidence despite the price mark up. Even with 1 claim (moniter, laptop etc) it makes up for it especially 1 to 1 replacement.

For warranty service/RMA, I still trust Dell over the other 3 brands.
My last Alienware was 2016 R3 laptop , still running fine and managed to change battery, RAM, SSD. But thanks for the heads up on PSU.
