I believe Oppo will launch this phone in Malaysia their first wave launch like their Find N5.

Oppo is really challenging Samsung and Samsung need to buck up.

I am a Samsung convert to Oppo after 12 years with Samsung flagship phones and I switched to Find N5 in February from Fold 6.

They didn't launch X7 Ultra here did they?

My 2 years ago Chinese ROM Oppo Find X6 Pro & Realme GT Neo 5 SE & Realme GT Neo 5 240W support 5G both hotlink & Digi.

I supposed newest Find X8 ultra should be no problem in 5G as well

It's hard to say what oppo is doing.
Some models will release on global and ultra might not.

At least colourOS is better then funtouchOS and hyperOS i feel.

Haven't touch Oppo before.
The closest I've got before is Oneplus. The build quality was quite good.

If you can live with the limitation of CN ROM, should be no problem.

If I'm not wrong, Android Carplay won't work.

Tbh the only reason some people stick to samsung nowadays is the software... hardware spec doesn't matter much anymore aka apple style
